REFLEXOLOGY

A massage of the feet and sometimes the hands or face, which revitalises the metabolism and organs by stimulating reflex zones corresponding to various parts of the body. Each organ, gland, part of the body or physiological function is associated with a zone or point on the hands, feet and ears. Applying pressure specifically to these zones makes it possible to localize tensions and rebalance the body.

KOBI-DO

This facial massage is an ancient Japanese technique and is complicated to learn. Using a series of 48 fingertip techniques and very specific gestures, kobi-do relaxes the face, soothing lines and stimulating collagen and elastin with immediately visible results, as well as being a relaxation technique for the whole body. We highly recommend you include a minimum of 15 minutes rest time after this treatment as the lymph and blood is highly stimulated.
